Search entries
When a visitor enters a name or other value into a search widget, the request goes to the outside provider that operates that widget. Grant County Warrant Records does not host the official court search and does not maintain a county warrant database. The provider's own privacy terms govern that transaction.
Messages
If a visitor sends a message to the operator, the message and contact details may be kept to respond, maintain records, or meet a legal duty. They are not added to a Grant County court or sheriff file by this site.
Technical Information Collected
Standard server and analytics systems may receive technical details when a page loads, including:

No Warrant Database Here
This site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell Grant County warrant records or personal warrant profiles. Official records remain with the Nebraska courts, Nebraska JUSTICE, the Grant County Sheriff's Office, or another proper agency. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report about a third party.
Outside Search Providers
Search boxes are supplied by outside companies. Anything entered into one is handled under the provider's privacy notice, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review those terms before submitting personal information. A third-party result is not an official answer from the issuing court or sheriff.
External Websites
Pages link to the Grant County government portal, Nebraska Judicial Branch, Nebraska Legislature, DMV, Census, federal court, and other sources. Once a visitor leaves this site, the linked operator's policy applies. The government sources may collect information under their own rules.
Advertising partners may also measure activity across sites through their own systems. The operator of this reference does not control those systems.
Who May Receive Information
Personal information is not sold by the operator. It may be available to:
- Search partners that receive a visitor's widget request
- Analytics providers that measure traffic
- Advertising networks that serve or measure ads
- Service providers that host or secure the site
- A government body when a valid legal process requires disclosure
Security Limits
Reasonable security practices are used for information held by the site. No internet service can promise that a breach, outage, or unauthorized access will never occur. Visitors should avoid entering sensitive personal details into an outside search tool unless they have reviewed its terms.
Visitors Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor sent information to the operator, a deletion request may be made through the published contact route.
Requests About Your Data
A visitor may ask what personal information the operator has retained, request correction, ask for deletion when no legal or operational reason requires retention, or ask about certain processing. These requests concern this private site, not court records. The Nebraska Public Records Act, including Neb. Rev. Stat. ยงยง84-712 through 84-712.09, governs public records held by Nebraska government bodies, not the operator's private visitor logs.
